CAPTAINS MEETING- The captains meeting will be held on August 26th for all C2 and D level teams.  All A,B and C teams will meet on August 27th.  Both meetings will take place at Chammps Worthington location at 161 East Campus View Blvd, Worthington 43235.  Meeting time is 7:00p.m. on both nights.

FALL SESSION: The next session will start September 3rd.  Registration materials available
HERE
!  The early registration discount ends on August 15th and the final date to register your team will be NO LATER than August 18th.

NEW LEVEL- We will be offering a new "E" level for the fall session.  This is for extreme beginners with zero to no more than 2 years playing experiance. Offered on Monday nights.  No upper tier players allowed.

EXPANDING RULE-  We will be expnading our rule tested out on Thurdays this past session to all C and D teams for the Fall Session.  This rule states that upper tier players will only be allowed to score if your team is losing by two or more goals.  An e-mail is has been sent to all captains on the specifics of this and we will go over it again at the captains meeting.  See your captain with questions.

REMINDER:
Any team who had their roster set up through the software system last session MUST import their team into the current FALL session.  If you do not set your team up for the current session your roster will not show up for the current session and you will have issues when checking in and be turned away.

FALL ROSTERS/SOFTWARE REGISTRATION - Captains should note that ALL teams must register online using the new software program.  Teams who were previously registered in the last session (Summer) will be able to import their roster from last session by following the instructions HERE.  Once imported, you will be able to add and delete players.

NEW TEAMS - teams new to the league, or that did not play last session, will need to register their teams following the instructions HERE.  Keep in mind that ALL players need to be registered with USA Hockey or they will be unable to be added to your roster.

NOTE- Previously registered teams may run into an issue where it states "your team has not paid".  That is just a means for the league to verify you are in good standing for the session.  Once your team is checked off you will have full control of adding and deleting players.  This process to check off your team will take no more than one full day and in most cases it will be clear the same day.

*Final rosters must be turned in AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST GAME.  After that, all changes must be approved.

* It is important to remember that any player or team not registered with the software WILL BE TURNED AWAY until they are in compliance.

*For technical support on any software problems, call (614) 940-6333

ADDING PLAYERS- According to league rules, the league can take up to 5 working days to approve roster additions.  In most cases it will happen much sooner but no team should expect any changes to take place the day of a game.

PHOTO ID’s –
Every player will be asked for a photo ID prior to every game.  This must be presented to a Chiller staff member who will sign you in.
NO ID – NO PLAY – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Get in on the game! The Chillers and Dispatch Ice Haus offer hockey leagues for adults 18 and over, for all skill levels from beginners to experienced players.
