• 45 minutes of complete hockey instruction - skating, passing shooting, positional play
• 45 minutes of controlled scrimmage - instructor will "ref" as well as provide pointers and positional explanation throughout

Open to players 18 and over. Limited to Adult Learn To Play class participants and CAHL Lower C & D division players as defined by CAHL Handbook (you do not have to be an active member of the CAHL).

Cost: $150/player; $75/goalie (full session registration only, no drop-ins permitted)

Limited to 24 skaters and 2 goalies.

Full hockey gear required.
